How much does Visuality cost? Plan comparison

Each plan is a monthly subscription that renews automatically and can be cancelled at any time. The table below is generated from our current price list.

Businesses established in the European Union are billed in euros excluding VAT, with VAT added on top. Customers outside the European Union are billed in US dollars. An invoice is generated at each renewal in your “Invoices” area.

Whatever the plan, you get access to every Visuality feature:

• USDZ file generated automatically on our servers for AR Quick Look on iPhone: you only upload one file.
• Unlimited views of your shared objects, with no extra cost as your traffic grows.

• E-commerce integrations: free PrestaShop module and a REST API with a key in your dashboard.

How does the free trial work without a credit card?

The free trial lasts 7 days and gives you access to every feature, with the trial quotas (Bronze) — 10 3D objects and 5 AI conversions.

1. Create your Visuality account with your email address or your Google account.
2. On the “My license” page of your dashboard, click “Start my trial period”: no credit card or PayPal account is required.
3. Upload your 3D models or generate them from a photo, then share them by link or QR code to test augmented reality in real conditions.
4. Nothing is charged when the trial ends: your objects stay in your account and you only choose a plan if you want to continue.

What if I need more AI conversions?

Every plan includes a monthly quota of AI conversions: one conversion turns a photo of your product into an AR-ready 3D model and uses one credit. If you exceed your quota, you can buy extra AI credit packs at any time from your 3D library, without changing plans.

How much does Visuality cost on Shopify?

On Shopify, you install Visuality from the Shopify App Store. Your subscription is then billed by Shopify, in US dollars, on your Shopify invoice; the plans and their prices are shown on the app listing.

How much does augmented reality cost for an online store?

The cost of an e-commerce augmented reality project has two parts: the subscription to the platform that hosts and displays your models, and the creation of 3D models of your products. With Visuality, the subscription is a flat fee (unlimited views) and integration costs nothing extra: free PrestaShop module, copy-and-paste iframe code or Shopify app.

Which Visuality plan should you choose?

The right criterion is how many products you want to show in 3D at the same time: count one 3D object per product. Color variants of the same product can be grouped in a single 3D file and then count as one object.

• Bronze (to get started) — $32.99/month, 10 3D objects and 5 AI conversions per month.
• Silver (to accelerate) — $42.99/month, 25 3D objects and 10 AI conversions per month.
• Gold (to scale) — $64.99/month, 50 3D objects and 15 AI conversions per month.

How much does Visuality cost per month?

Visuality costs between $32.99 and $64.99 per month depending on the plan, with no commitment. Every plan gives access to all features; plans differ in the number of hosted 3D objects and the number of AI conversions (photo to 3D) included each month.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No, Visuality subscriptions are monthly with no commitment. Your license renews automatically every month and you can cancel it at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

How do I cancel my Visuality subscription?

You cancel your subscription from the “My license” page of your dashboard, using the “Cancel my license” link. Your access remains active until the end of the period already paid, with no refund for unused days. Until that date, you can still extend your license if you change your mind.

What happens to my 3D objects if I stop my subscription?

Your objects stay in your account, but your customers can no longer see them. At the end of the paid period, share links, QR codes, website embeds and offline access stop working. They work again as soon as you resume a plan from your dashboard.

Can I change plans?

Yes, you can change plans from the “My license” page of your dashboard, for example when you reach your 3D object limit. If you prefer to keep your plan, you can also replace an existing object with a new one. If in doubt, contact us and we will help you choose.

Are Visuality prices excluding VAT?

Yes, prices in euros are shown excluding VAT. Businesses established in the European Union are billed in euros with VAT added, and customers outside the European Union are billed in US dollars. An invoice is generated at each renewal and remains available in your “Invoices” area.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visuality subscriptions are paid via PayPal, as a monthly subscription that renews automatically. Extra AI credit packs are also paid via PayPal. On Shopify, the app is billed directly by Shopify, in US dollars. No payment method is required to start the free trial.

Is the number of views limited?

No, views are unlimited on every plan. You never pay according to how many times your 3D models are displayed or how many augmented reality sessions take place, even during a traffic spike. Plans differ only in the number of 3D objects and the monthly AI conversion quota.

Is the free trial really free of any credit card?

Yes, the free trial requires neither a credit card nor a PayPal account. It lasts 7 days, with the trial quotas (Bronze), then ends automatically, without any charge. You then choose a paid plan only if you want to keep sharing your objects.

What is an AI conversion?
