Create a group of 3D objects and share it with a single link or QR code
In short
A group brings several 3D objects together behind a single link, QR code, iframe and PIN code. Create it from the Group of objects page, tick the objects to include, then share it: your customers move from one product to the next in the viewer without scanning a new code.
Prerequisites
- A Visuality account with an active subscription or an ongoing free trial: without an active license, you cannot create a group.
- At least two objects already imported into your library.
- A thumbnail on each object, recommended so your customers recognize the products in the selector.
Steps: create and share a group
- In the menu, go to Group of objects and click Create a group.
- Enter a Title: it appears in your customers' browser tab, so choose a presentable name.
- Click the cards of the objects to include; the search bar and the Select all and Deselect all buttons speed up your selection. Then click Validate.
- In the list of groups, click Share.
- In the Web viewer section, copy the link, download the QR code or copy the iframe code. The Applicative Viewer (Android) section provides the direct link and the PIN code for the app.

Good to know and limitations
- A group's link and QR code stay the same when you add or remove objects with Modify.
- The same object can belong to several groups; you can also tick its groups in the Group of objects section of its settings.
- In the web viewer, customers see one object at a time and move to the next with the selector; each object keeps its own settings (placement, size, background, variants).
- To place several objects in the room at the same time, use the Android app.
- Deleting a group does not delete the objects it contains.
Frequently asked questions
No. A group's link, QR code, iframe and PIN code do not change when you edit its content. Materials already printed or shared automatically show the new list of objects.
In the web viewer, objects are displayed one at a time and customers switch between them with the selector. To place several objects simultaneously in the same room, they need the Visuality Android app.
Yes. The title appears as the page title in the browser tab when customers open the group link. So choose a presentable name, such as the name of the collection or the event.
